Forum Title: Portable Building Question
I'm building a standard floor system upon which will sit a small lincoln log type cabin. The space will be heated. This building will be moved twice a year for special events. 2 x 10 treated joists and rim. Building will be sitting on asphalt parking area with 6-10 inches clearance between bottom of joists and ground. Planning on using fiberglass batts between joists tight against subfloor ply. Then staple a heavy reinforced vapor barrier to the bottom of the joists across the whole thing. No venting. Any problems with this idea? Thanks.
